[civsoc-mw] Women demo on equality.

KPD, 

Let us stick for now to the boards. If the appointer had issued a clear policy direction before the process even began: I want all the boards to be 50/50. Otherwise I am not signing off anything that falls short of that. Those who would be on the search team would have no choice but to cast the net far and wide. 

And this dichotomy between merit and everything else is just some  false chauvinistic mirage.
