You are pretending to listen, but you are not listening at all. There are enough qualified women in Malawi at this very moment to fill all the boards that we have. By asking us to list names just shows that you are not listening (and you do not want to open your eyes to). 

The principled issue here is one of recognition (and under the law). They are part parcel of Malawi. They should not be treated as second class citizens or as an afterthought (not again after the ministerial saga). It is against the constitution and against the law.
