In the first paragraph is what court ruled.

Paragraph 2 and 3 are my views.

I brought in your views in paragraph 4. I did not want you to say, "only in
a by-election arising from a nullification of an election"

My view is that any by-election should not bring in fresh voters regardless
of the circumstances that led to that by-election. The only differentiator
is that in a nullification no new candidates are allowed.
