Kodi ndiye kuti anaupeza ali incompetent ndi macommissioners? Osati Chief
Elections Officer.

I believe Chief Elections Officer (CEO) was more incompetent than the
commissioners. Commissioners are party representatives who don't need any
qualifications. CEO is employed based on his qualifications and competences.

If elections get messed up he should be more answerable.
How come the sweating man is still heading E
