By suggesting that Dr. Nyirenda should do the housekeeping, you are simply saying these emails should be deleted when the servers are full. He should basically burn the library. 

This is not an easy issue. Even big corporations and institutions are failing to deal with issues of sustainability. The little we can do up stream helps those that are down stream in the long run. 

I will do my part. I have cut leaving only the part I want to respond to.
