[civsoc-mw] PROs for for ministers, deputy ministers spark debate

The ministries already have  information officers for ATI.  These are PROs
who will be telling us information about the ministers girlfriends, what
type of food he likes, when he will drink at bwandilo etc. The are not
adding any value to the wealth or beauty of hewe povos. Remember ministries
are already well stocked with PSs, directors, deputy directors, secretaries
etc. I agree that these are just appeasement positions. The govt of the
nepotistic pastor is goofing here. The mentality of "nthawi yatha kudya" is
getting into them. Akagwere
