[civsoc-mw] Update 04 received results and main tally centre

Some netter tried to libel Chirazulo District, characterizing the beautiful Boma on the green slopes of that beautiful mountain as a dump of a place and lying that Mwananvekha’s residence and Mussa’s palace were practically grass weaver nests in a tree or behind bushes.
And yet Chirazulo District is NUMBER ONE in the whole country in releasing unalloyed election results. What does this say about the so-called tree dwelling 
 Chirazulo people? Their intelligence, integrity, honesty and capabilities in conducting and producing election results that have impressed the whole country? 
I will leave it to Mzukulu to defend the honour of his relatives.
