[civsoc-mw] Results Declaration for December 15 by-elections

In all we have had five parliamentary by elections. MCP won in Lilongwe no issue. UDF has won in Mangochi North  East no issue there. DPP has won in Phalombe not surprised. The Karonga one was closely contested between MCP and UTM but since the previous holder of the seat was MCP it's fair that MCP retained the seat. The same is true for the Mangochi West seat which has been retained by an independent candidate sponsored by DPP. For UDF to scoop local ward in Chikwawa is a big achievement.
