Reads like a lament. The issues raised are indeed genuine even though they lack a Malawian's perspective. HIV/AIDS was unleashed on Malawians just to see how it would spread in purely heterosexual communities. It wiped a lot of Malawians. Where would that population be if Malawians had listened  to the planned parenthood gurus? Besides; if there are twenty million Malawians alive, they must be eating something. It takes food to sustain life. If the population is going to rise to forty million, that can only happen when there is something to eat. As the author mentions, there is death every four minutes, the developed world does not have that kind of mortality rate. The Malawi population can only replace itself and grow by beating this mortality rate.
