[civsoc-mw] Arrival of ballot papers for 15 December by-elections

Dear Sir/Madam,
The Malawi Electoral Commission is informing candidates, contesting political parties and  all stakeholders that the plane carrying ballot papers for the 15 December 2020 by-elections will arrive at Kamuzu  International Airport at 16:05hours on Friday, 11th December 2020. The flight number is EK9318.

The ballot papers will be dispatched same day to the respective councils where by-elections will take place. 
Early morning on 13 December, 2020 the ballot papers will be taken from the councils to the constituency nerve centres for distribution to the polling stations same morning.  
Political parties and independent candidates are urged to send two representatives to witness the clearance and dispatch of the ballot papers at the Kamuzu International Airport.
