[Civsoc-mw] Change of time for press briefing

Dear Sir/Madam,
Further to the advisory on the change of time I wish to explain that this has been necessitated upon request from the Muslim community so that Muslims can first go to worship and also have an opportunity to listen or watch the press briefing.
