[Civsoc-mw] Building with glass

There is a kind of glass that's bulletproof. It is thick, full of laminated layers. This is the glass that shop owners in our cities should be using. Window shopping on a Sunday afternoon in Blantyre is depressing. You can't see anything. Everything is hidden behind bugler bars and metal windows. 
But it wasn't always like that. In the days of Kamuzu taking a stroll in the city was like going to an art gallery in Paris.
