Imagine you use a wheelchair in Malawi. How can you travel from Machinjiri to see your aunt in Chilomoni? Can a minibus accommodate you and your wheelchair? 
In other words, you need a personal car. And someone to drive you around. 
But can an average Malawian afford that?
