Dr Owusu ha s a point. It becomes ridiculous when characters like Idi Amin force Makerere University to give them an honorary doctorate then he starts calling himself Dr Al Ahaji Idi Amin Dada. The same way Bakili Muluzi and JB were not ashamed to call themselves Dr Mulizi and Dr Banda. Samora Machel had an honorary doctorate but he never called himself Dr Machel.  Kaunda and Nyerere were the shameless ones.
