KB.Where in Africa have you seen that? Eish. I have seen topless women in Malawi  especially in the villages where boobs are not sex objects. I wouldn't had been shocked to see a woman walking topless at that refugee camp. It sure would look indecent for that worker to show her skin.

It is culture and not attitude. If you travel to most countries in Asia, they dont use toilet tissue but use their bare hands to remove the stuff from the anus and wash hands.  How do you like it?
