I understand MEC to be saying this:Women cannot take advantage of Youth to pay a lower fee. The meaning of youth for MEC for all practical purposes simply means a young male. Young females don't count as youth. Gender takes precedence over age, but not over disability. It's just as well that Gender and Disability are rated financially more advantageous than Youth!

If an aspirant is a female and youth (female youth), which application fees will apply? Will they be considered youth? Female? Both?
