Dear Sir/Madam,

Find attached communication from the Malawi Electoral Commission
regarding identification of candidates and the nomination process regarding
the 21 May 2019 Tripartite Elections.

The Commission wishes to encourage political parties and all intending to
contest in the May 21, 2019 Tripartite Elections to ensure that they
familiarize themselves with the nomination requirements and that they
possess non of the shortfalls that can lead to disqualification during
nomination.
