[Civsoc-mw] (Fwd) Re: registration statistics for phase 5

How come everyone is seeing "Phase 5" when what I got in my Inbox says   "Re:
[Civsoc-mw] registration statistics phase 7"
and no-one is talking about it?  Do numbers become larger the farther away
they travel from Malawi? Am I one of those US Congressmen who can't even
read?
