EDUCATION CONSULTANT REQUIRED

An NGO is operating 2 Boarding Schools in Rural Malawi and is looking to
engage a consultation to advise them on the way forward within these
institutes.

One is a boys institute in Mangochi Ditrict and the second is a girls
education centre in Ulongwe, in Balaka District.

The successfully candidate will, amongst other things, review the existing
structures and resources available and both centres and assist in
formulating a strategy on the way forward towards successful and vibrant
education establishments.

This assignment will include assistance the staff recruitment, procurement
of required resources, designing a timetable to cover the minimum
requirements for MSCE as well as PSLC.

Regular monthly visits through the year and a comprehensive report at the
end of the year will be part of the ToRs.

Complete and comprehensive ToRs will be formulated together in colsultation
between  the NGOs responsible for these establishments and the identified
consultant.
