Does the MEC have electronic copies of maps showing consituencies and wards?

MEC did release such maps for the 2009 elections and SDNP put these on a website that
was heavily used then, see: http://www.sdnp.org.mw/elections2009/constituencies.php

We would like to get updated copies of these if available for the 2019 elections.

It would be great, for example if one electronic map covering the whole of Malawi were
available with an index showing each constituency or ward.
