[Civsoc-mw] HIV Testing and treatment challenge

Malawi saved lots, of lives, because it introduced the triple. My friend
was almost dying in SA, convinced parents and relatives to take him home.
That's about ,15 years ago, he is fit. Had he stayed here, would have been
dead. So not all is bad
