Through Bwalo la Aphunzitsi you informed us about the name Muenemuji (cf. mwini mudzi) which in the past could have replaced the name Nyasaland innstead of the actual choice for the word Malawi. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing this piece of knowledge. I consider to include the name Mwenemuji an an entry  in the Oxford Chichewa Dictionary. Please, could you suggest a concise definition in English, perhaps also indicating the source of the information, and one or two functional example sentences Chichewa-English?
