I-TECH is hiring two senior technical advisors in Malawi. The position
descriptions are below:

*Sr. Technical Advisor for Enterprise Architecture and Security -- Malawi*

The Sr. Technical Advisor for Enterprise Architecture and Security, to be
seconded to Baobab Health Trust, will play an important role in assisting
BHT with the rapid scale up of a nationwide Electronic Medical Records
System (EMRS). The Sr. TA will play a vital role in resolving any design
and function obstacles that come with poor internet connectivity in Malawi
and will assist with security needs (including cyber) for the transmission
of health data as well as the execution of practices in technology-based
analytics. The Sr. TA will also assist with identification and use of a
variety of networks equipment and monitoring tools and will assure the
translation of standards for networks architecture, deployment, and
maintenance; as well as enforcement of network infrastructure policies and
procedures while managing complex data.

*Sr. Technical Advisor for Health Informatics and Business Management --
Malawi*

I-TECH is hiring a Sr. Technical Advisor for Health Informatics and
Business Management within I-TECH Malawi. The Sr. Technical Advisor for
Health Informatics and Business Management, to be seconded to Baobab Health
Trust, will lead the implementation of strategy for the scale-up
implementation. They will also serve as a management and operations liaison
to CDC/PEPFAR. A key role will be to confirm that the priority is given to
areas where the infrastructure will produce maximum impact, and that
setting up points of presence for last-mile connections to sites of focus
will enable us to serve more sites and more patients. The Sr. Technical
Advisor will also revive and restructure the use of the CDC Enterprise
Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) and ensure that change management,
particularly for any updates to hardware, is recorded through documentation
with proper access and storage.
