Some of us wondered why the City of Lilongwe - or rather Bingu - chose to name a road after Paul Kagame.

When you enter Paul Kagame road, the instant result is Lilongwe, Malawi. 

Back then, we told arrogant Bingu: don't dare name such an important road after Mugabe. He never listened. 

Paul Kagame is a DICTATOR!
