Rrecords will show that i am always, almost, on the opposite of what dunstain says......but i admire the man,,, ego [same as us],  mtafu [same as us],  matama [who isnt here] etc ptc htcand another buthe, to me is an example of what a malawi educated man should be: not afraid to mix it with his legal peers, not afraid to take manyi off the rhinorhoeic born frees of this world..not hiding behind a pseud, not hiding in some esoteric judicial forum.
in the court, just as in any professional scenario, the decision is personal and defensible to fellow peers.for many mabwana fora are to be used as a one way tweet or posting.not so the judge.bravo for that perspective.respect also to folk like mzee, thandika, louis, felix etc, always ready to mix it with the young.even among the young we have the adamsons and prof jerrys of this worldam not saying the old know better; just that these guys do not have the 'sanctified bwana culture'lets value debatefor that we should be grateful not abusive
